Who has access
Enquiries are stored on servers in the Russian Federation and passed to our customer relationship management system and to the email of the RUSLO employee handling the enquiry. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain the business relationship, and delete it when you withdraw consent, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
